Our products
The major part of our production volume is aimed at supplying the motor vehicle industry (utility vehicle industry). We usually manufacture small and medium series. As a result of the parameters of our machinery, we tend to produce smaller components from bars of a round, hexagonal or rectangular profile, predominantly by applying bar feeders in automatic mode. The components are made of various alloys of steel, stainless steel, brass or aluminium. Should it be necessary in light of dimension precision or surface quality requirements, we finish our components with our centreless grinding machine, followed by handling in the tumbling drum, if necessary. If heat treatment or coating is required for the manufacturing of the product, we involve subcontractors to accomplish such tasks. At the same time, we certainly continue being engaged in the manufacturing of parts of fittings and meeting various other demands for metal cutting.
