Quality assurance
Our quality management and quality assurance are based on our management system conforming to ISO 9001:2008, certified by TÜV Rheinland InterCert Kft. In addition, our buyers regularly audit us according to VDA 6.3 and carry out product safety audits (PSA) and supplier risk analysis audits as well.
We pursue our activity based on a QMPP agreement. We provide first sample for the products ordered according to the PPAP. We apply SPC long-term process capability and R&R checks in order to supervise safety parameters. Our activities are developed continuously. We perform measurements and checks by measuring devices meeting the precision parameters and calibrated at the required intervals. Our 3D optical measuring instrument is suitable for checking adherence to the strictest requirements.
